Sandra's Story
It's true that life doesn't always turn out the way you expected. I guess that's the beauty of it. Life has been a challenge and a joy. I am married to the love of my life and have been for the past 37 years. We have 2 adult children that never cease to amaze me. My third child died in infancy which was the biggest tragedy of my life. After his death, and after much soul-searching, I decided to go back to school. my beloved Twin Cities but the move has been good. Two grandchildren (one born yesterday) round out the picture. I enjoy running and have done 2 marathons in the past 10 years and dozens of smaller races. Cycling takes up more of my time nowdays. I hate to cook and am not into crafts. We travel several times a year and really enjoy Mexico, especially Cabo. In the summer we spend most weekends at the lake just relaxing and enjoying the water and each other. For the most part I'd say life has been very good.
