When I was younger...like 16, I thought I would be living in New York and driving a red convertable with my hair blowing in the wind by the time I was 25. Well...that didn't happen. I was living 2 streets over, driving a volkswagon but it did have a sunroof to blow my hair around. I married Johnny at age 19, had a baby girl at age 21 and a baby boy at age 22 and a half. We divorced when I was 27. Going though divorce was the worst experience of my life. But because I was so helpless, I called on Jesus and HE came into my life in a big way. I never remarried but the Lord has never left my side. He is faithful when people are not. My life is full with part time work...merchandising...going into stores like Penney's, Office Depot and Walmart, to set up displays, put out jewelry, magazines or sunglasses. My daughter Robin, who is a missionary lives with me. She is great. She cooks, helps me with work, mowed the yard...I trim with weed-eater and do the hedges. I miss her when she goes on a Mission trip, but for now she is here. My son Randy is working in South Boston but lives here in Danville. So he and I walk to...Expand for more
