Life I have forgotten actually which years I went to these schools however it was sometime within these years I have put down. I went to North Powellhurst for a year and then to Lynch and then to South Powellhurst. I graduated from South Powellhurst in Mr. Westmans 8th grade class. We used to say he won the war all by himself because he talked like he did, he was kinda creepy most of the time! He also used to sit on our desk at lunch time and pick his nose while he ate part of your lunch. Yuk!! I think I was about the only girl he used the paddle on..I also used to compete with the boys when he would shock us with a nine volt battery, I got pretty good at holding on. He also used to make us sit on our knuckles in the front of the class for punishment...great guy huh, nowadays he would be thrown in jail I bet. I went to class with such kids as: Danny lambert, Doug Edinbern, Ruthann Carter, Donna Matheny, Charmaine Marie Barton, Freddie Charles who lived next door to the school. Billy Jo Stewart and Pam Dixon, Sandra Hackenberg and Sandra Hoecker, Douglas Lawrence and Jim Horner were my friends and neighbors and also crushes. I had Auburn hair, was a little chubby for awhile, loved to play teatherball and most sports.. was in the pep club etc. Moved again went to Cleveland High for two years ( had a few crushes there too) then moved to Hawaii where I went to McKinley for awhile then quit and went to work. I worked with a Hypnotist for awhile as stage assistant and also MC while he toured the Islands..had lots of fun. Moved to Hollywood where I went to an all mens night school (Don Martins school of Television and Radio Tech.) I thoroughly enjoyed that ...and did very well until I quit and like a dummy and got married. Had a son in 1963 (whom I lost due to an accident in 1985) Also ha...Expand for more
