Sandra's Story
There is a lot to tell.... I got married ..shortly after graduating, then went on and had two sons. Did the mom thing until my youngest was starting high school. I then decided that it was .time for me to start working. I got a job with Longs,worked in the business office for four years, started noticing that I wasn't feeling to good. Started going to doctors, only to find out that my kidneys were no good. I need a kidney transplant. Now my eyesight...Expand for more
has gone bad, I have been declared legally blind. So, I am legally blind, need a kidney transplant, and diabetic. I go to dialysis four times a week, for four hours each time. In Jan. I had surgery on my right foot, because the bones in my foot and ankle were no good, so for the last seven months I have been in a wheelchair,doctor says just three more months. Keep your fingers crosses, say a prayer......please.I hope you all are doing a lot better.
