Sandra's Story
Graduating from La Habra High School in 1962, I entered Whittier College, my father's alumna, the following fall. I graduated in 1966 and taught 3rd grade the following year in Brea, CA. After just one year of teaching, I was called to serve a full time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints. I served for 18 months in upstate New York, beautiful country. s now. We had seven children and now have 18 grandchildren. My husband is an attorney for estate planning, trusts, and I also work in his office as a paralegal. Our five sons were all Eagle Scouts, served LDS missions, and married in the temple. We also have two lovely daughters. Our lives are built around our families and friends. We have been able to travel extensively to Europe, and South America, and in January planning a trip to Israel. I have been very fortunate in life, and hope you have been also.
