Sandy's Story

I live in Phoenix with my husband and 17 (soon to be 18) year old daughter. I've been in advertising since I graduated from Texas Tech ('83) and still enjoy it. I currently work for a Health Network that is privatly owned and does a lot for the community. My title is Traffic Coordinator, which sounds like I wear an bright orange jacket... but it means that I work with our internal design department and our ad agency to make sure ads, collateral etc are ...Expand for more
completed on time. My husband, Phil, works in the restaurant industry, and just started a job as Operations Manager for a small restaurant chain based in Phoenix, Pita Jungle. If you live in the area, I highly recommend it. My daughter, Lauren, is a senior in high school and we are feverishly working on applications, testing and scholarships this year! Wow, it's much more complicated to get into college now than it was when I was going to school.
