Sandy's Story
Life
I married Gloria nee Gosse in 1965 in St. John,s. Gloria graduated from Bishops College in 1963. I graduated in 1961. We have three children and 4 grandchildren (so far). Gloria was diagnosed with MS in 1996 but is doing very well with her disease. My youngest son, James was also diagnosed with MS but is also doing very well. Life may throw curves at us but we try to be a curve ball hitters (smile). Gloria is an active volunteer with seniors and other self-help groups.

the Royal St. John's regatta and participated as a rower, coxswain, and coach for many years. Also founded the Humber Valley Rowing Club in Corner Brook.
Our daughter Sherry is a school teacher in Goose Bay Labrador. Steve works with Air Canada in St. John's. James works as a software specialist at CFB Kingston, Ontario.
Military
I joined the Canadian Army immediately upon graduation from Grade 11. I served a total of 38 years as an Electronics Tech, Communications Officer, and Recruiting Officer.
