Sandra's Story
Hey and Namaste everyone!
I spent my life focusing on accomplishing my goal of attaining self-realization and spent many years in ashrams, meditating, chanting and, indeed, did "find" my Self. It *is* a very big deal as well as our birthright. We owe it to ourselves to discover the bliss and joy within our selves/souls; sat-chit-ananda. God Dwells within YOU as YOU - it is the Truth. I recommend everyone do it - it's the real reason we're here. I am not "religious", but intensely spiritual.
I also spent years at The Esalen Institute, in Big Sur, CA, doing Gestalt groups and other types of introspective healing and psychological 'work'. I am now a homeopath and natural healer, and treat myself, family and o...Expand for more
thers via natural means. I am not 'against' Western medicine, but it is highly suppressive so I use it only when necessary.
I am so very grateful for the bounty of my life; my five beautiful, healthy, strong children who are out there accomplishing their own dreams, and I also have FOUR (!) grandsons, Logan in his 20s, Nevan, 4 years old, Theodore, 2 & baby Jimmy, who was 1 year old Christmas day! I have accomplished all my goals and want to help others find themselves, so I advocate meditation. Although I have "accomplished all my goals" I know enough to know that I know nothing; I am an eternal student of life.
