Sandy's Story
Life
I retired from full time teaching in 2004, but now teach part-time at Santa Ana College. My husband and I like to travel in our travel trailer, have season tickets to Angels Baseball and USC Football. We like the theater. In my spare time, I have taken up photography. He is a CIF track starter and still coaches at the high school level. His thing is golf, and so he marshalls at the local course for free golf. His daughter has provided us with three grandchildren--a boy and twin girls who live in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho. We are active in our church.

eeping until 7 every morning. That's late for someone who used to get up at 5 in order to be able to teach at 8 and be coherent to the students.
We have a dog, Mac--short for McKensie, that is a deaf mixed breed of cocker and Austrailian sheep dog. He spends much of his time sleeping, but when he is awake, he continually herds us where he thinks we should be going. He travels well. Who wouldn't if you slept 19 hours a day!!
I still am in regular contact with Dixie (Peyton) Coutant and Barbara (Degenkolb) Parmenter. I am a breast cancer survivor of seven, soon to be eight years. I would love to hear from anyone from the class of '64 or other years if your remember me.
