Sandy's Story
After high school, I went to career college in San Francisco for a year and entered the fashion retail industry. Worked around the bay area and got married in 1975. Moved to Wisconsin and raised my family. I homeschooled my 4 kids (2 girls and 2 boys)for 6 years and helped some foster kids with school problems. Met a really nice guy, Malcolm, and remarried in 1996. Re-entered the retail world by managing a gift shop and finally started a sales representative business and gourmet food business with my husband. Self employed for last 8-10 years now. Health issues has caused me to semi-retire as a sales representative and move into the training and business writing for professional crafters and those wanting to wholesale to gift shops. Have had a pretty fulfilling life so far!
