Sandy's Story

I joined the Army after high school. I did basic training at Fort Jackson, SC and job training at Fort Lee, VA. Then I got stationed at Fort Drum, NY where I met my husband. I have 3 wonderful children, 2 boys and 1 girl. I am no longer in the Army but...Expand for more
my husband is still in the Army. We have moved every 2-3 years. We lived in Fort Huachua, AZ, back to Fort Drum, NY, Fort Jackson, SC (where husband was a Drill Sergeant), and now live at Fort Knox, KY. My husband deployed to Afghanistan Dec 20, 2011.
