Sandy's Story
Life
I am retired and living in the country on the lake. I worked for Southwest Airlines for 20 years. I am married to a great person. Between the two of us we have 6 adult children (35-44 years in ages)and 23+ grandchildren (4 months-24 year in ages). I loved working but I love being retired. 01/2002 school year...what an incredible experience! It was difficult to send him back to Japan. My husband was retired for 2 1/2 years (long enough to build our house) and he has gone back to work coaching JV basketball and Varsity baseball at the local high school. He loves it.
UPDATE: How things change...I have opened a Christian bookstore in Quitman, TX and my husband accepted a position with the church as Youth Minister. He started August 5 this year (2007).
