Sandy's Story
Hey; I was called weird in school. Honored to be one of the few girls to park in the "boys" area. Used my LTD wagon to tranport theater kids from place to place along with sets. I did not fit in with most "girls" groups. I wasn't really a tom boy but I wasn't a cheerleader either. My bestfriends were smarter then me and ran with other kids but they liked me for who I was (neon green toe socks, skirt and top aside) Liked to be a little daring but not tooo much for real trouble. Loved drama and blowing peoples minds when we left burger King in our costumes. One guy blew his burger allll over his windshield.
I was lucky enough to stay in contact with those two best buds all these years. Carol lives in S.C. and Cathy lives in Arizona. Miles seperate us but true friends are always around the corner.

or 29 years now with two great children. I made it a point not to mary a military man. My husband joined the Army after 4 years of marriage. I went from Navy bratt to Army Wife. Have made a lot of moves and we got out after almost 10 years to give our kids a stable home in the country and keep dad home. Well part of that happened. Who new the National Guard would send Tom away a few more times.
Speaking of military. What a small world. I was in a shopette on post in Bamburg Germany and a big guy passed me that looked realll familiar. He looked at me, I at him. I saw his name tag and we both realized we had been in plays together at Booker T. He had worked out a lotttt.
Thats a reallll quick version.
My memory is limited now but would love to hear from my racing pals and those from drama tht may remember our fun.
