Sarah's Story

Hey Everyone, I have retired from being a music teacher at an elementary school in Peachtree City, Georgia in 2014. This was a dream job for me! My husband and I were married for 49 years. . The Lord called him home on January 7, 2023 , I have a son, Jamie, who is 46 years old and a daughter, Julie, who is 40 years old. My son has 4 precious sons, ages 19, 17, 15, and 6 years old and two adopted daughters, 10 and 11. Julie was married in Birmingham...Expand for more
in April of 2011. It was a beautiful ceremony, and our family is fortunate to have such a fine young man added to the Lumpkins! Julie had a baby boy on April 30, 2014 and a baby girl on July 11, 2016. I am blessed with wonderful friends and hope all of you have had fulfilling lives. My husband and I moved to Birmingham in 2017. I am grateful and very excited to be back home and living near my children and grandchildren. Thanks for reading my story.
