Sarah's Story

Life Hi Everyone! After highschool, I went to NIU and graduated with a degree in Family Social Services (Social Work). I worked at several hospitals, schools, and residentials, including a stint with the York High School Special Education department (very interesting to see the changes since our days!) I got married to Tom Makinney (class of 91) ...Expand for more
in 1999, and have been living in Elmhurst ever since! Tom and I have three daughters, Lauren (10/01) , Grace (7/03), and Devin (3/07), and they keep us very busy! I work fulltime as a stay at home mom, as well as an assistant to Tom's real estate business. We also have a cat and a dog who coexist beautifully. I'd love to hear how everyone is doing!
