Helllo there - Well it's interesting for me to look around at these names and even look in the 1971 yearbook and not find myself there. It pretty much validates my experience of high school. I don't really remember too many students and just a few teachers. Who I am today, and who I was then are lifetimes apart. I have actually grown into a confident, successful, happy woman. I have 1 son, Noah, whom I adopted at birth in 1996.That makes him 14, and me 54. I understand why you don't have children at 40, adolescents and menopause are not a good mix. It can get pretty tense around here. We live in Northern California with my partner, Rita, and our dog, 3 cats, 1 fish & 1 bird. I own a hair salon and have for the last 6 years. The economy has certainly effected us, and I'm still open and going strong. I will have been clean & sober for 29 years on Nov. 16. That's an amazing blessing in my lilfe.
