Saundra's Story
I just visited the most wonderful site of a lady I didn't even know, and I realized I need to lighten up and smell the roses;
What an enjoyable story about everything in her life. She remindsme of what I wanted to be when I grew up;a cowgirl who raises horses and wears cowboyw boots.That is what I wanted toe me and I was until I was twelve and realized that wouldn't work out too well.One of the things I have learned from my kids is to always follow up what you say or they will remind you till the end of time!One ofmy college crushes I thought would be a great author. Last I heard he works for his father!
My biggest surprise in life is that we can take anything if we have a sense of humor and a few good friends. I love to laugh and like people who are funny,so most of my friends are a riot.I have had many great girlfriends. I think my first crush was a boy in high school. He got his mother to call me up for a date to go water skiing, and I went. Well, he didn't talk to me the whole night, and I guess I got over that pretty fast since he couldn't talk, though I had fun water skiing!

ever had was to ride on top of a new Chrysler in a parade and to get paid for it. My two girlfriends walked in back of the car and they were dressed up like sausages and a pancake. We laughed all the way to the festival because we thought we would be on a beautiful float in evening gowns! I was actually strapped down with ropes in a ballerina costume, however my two friends had the worst part! We have laughed about that for years!
One of my favorite places I lived was in an1898 farmhouse when my children were young.They had 3 shetland ponies and about 7 cats and 1 dog. We loved that old farmhouse, though it had seven fireplaces and the draft was tremendous,we really had a good time mostly outside playing with the many animals and riding the little ponies. We moved to Fl from there and I still think of all the daffodils that come up in the spring.One thing I would do differently in my life, is to go to Italy and travel to countries in Europe after graduating from college. Ironically,I had to teach all those countries in fifth grade without ever visiting them! Somehow I got through it, all five years!
