Scott Baker:  

Scott's schools include Victor Valley High School. He later attended Butte College. He works(ed) at State Fire Marshal. After graduating I hung around and in July went into the USAF. July 1963, went to basic training. After basic training, I went into Air Police training at Lackland AFB Tx. In November I arrived at Dow AFB, Bangor Maine. Guarded the B-52 bomber, then went into USAF, Air Police K-9. I worked with Military Working Dogs. Volunteered to go to Vietnam, and they took me in June 1966. Served at a place called Phu Cat until June 1967. Went to Bernes Flat, Oklahoma for two years as a K-9 handler. I was sent to a special military unit called SafeSide. We were trained in special combat operations. ( This part omitted for security) I went to Beale AFB Ca and in 1972 was discharged from the USAF. I started working at the Oroville Police Department in 1972. I stayed until 1977 when I went to the Mendocino County Sheriff's Department as a resident deputy in a place called Covelo. While there I was also on the local Vol Fire Department and Ambulance Service. I went into the Army Guard as a Combat Engineer for four years. In Oct 1984, I started working with the California State Fire Marshal's Arson-Bomb Unit. In 1988 I went to the FBI Bomb School.
