Scott's Story
After high school I left Benton Harbor for the Marine Corp. Maybe not one of my smartest decision but I went anyway. Well did my year mostly in El Toro California. I then traveled around and started working in IT. I took a couple of year off and went to school. I graduated with a BS for Colorado University and go a Masters from MIT. I since have worked in Information Security in many roles and position. Now I work at Arizona State University as there Principle Advisor and Lead General Counsel. I also work with LifeLock as there Director of Information Security. I got to meet Obama and General Powell in my travels and Obama before he was president at ASU. ve lived in many state and because of the economy I still own 2 too many. I hope to retire in the next few year and then I will take up my passion in Information Security working on technology and new concepts and principle. I have public spoke at industry event in my area, RSA, FOCUS, and ISACA, I hold many certifications and honors in this field. I will be flying to Cambridge for a honor in the December time frame. I'm a published poet and have published many white papers. I have taken may weird and unexpected turns but for some one without a clue when I graduated, I think I have found a good path. Other than that, the creator has been good to me. Without my knowledge has guided me to my life's goals.
