More about Scott:"Scott’s training experience began with technical and tactical training with weapons and electronics technicians in the US. Navy, next he was an over the road driver, coaching young professional truck drivers fresh out of school how to operate an 85 foot 80,000 lb. vehicle safely. This lead to training new employees in the breakdown department to understand how a driver is feeling while out on the road and vulnerable.

This was done through operational training from the skills previously learned, engaging the driver on how to avoid danger by properly planning your assigned task ahead of time to reduce the stress of unforeseen complications, and implementing proper accountability strategies to include, performance reviews, improvement coaching and training, and disciplinary procedures. Through these methods, the team improved from being ranked 65th in the company to consistently competing in and through the top 10 fleets within a company of 85 fleets of trucks.
From here there was a career change was made to the insurance field. The team Scott built in three short quarters of his first year earned him the honor of being named the state of Arkansas Quota Buster and Aflac’s Arkansas Market leader with 157% of quota achieved. One last promotion now as the position of Regional Trainer the Western Arkansas Region, gives Scott the opportunity to train in a classroom environment, with new associates to the challenges of learning new products, Client Management Systems, Enrollment Platforms and career skills tracking systems. All of this while still running his own book of business that he is still personally growing.
Scott is still striving to improve through mentorship, and coaching to become a State Market Trainer for Aflac in his next career promotion, and is willing and able to relocate.".
