Scott's Story

I have lived a number of places since high school. I did a hitch in the service and was stationed in Korea. I now teach history at a small college. Currently working on co-authoring a book. w, I have been going to South America every year. In 2006, Ellen and I did some volunteer English teaching in Santiago de Chile. In 2007, I went to Peru, Boliva, and Chile. I climbed the ruins at Machu Pichu and in the Sacred Valley of the Inca. I also sailed in Lake Titicaca. Photos from that trip and others will be posted here as soon as I can get around it it. During Spring Break, 2008, I spent a week on a beach in Huanchaco, Peru. This Summer (2009) I volunteered to teach English in a remote village in Ecuador. It was great but I had an accident, broke my foot, and had to have surgery there and come home early!
