gs for anybody but, now that I have a child going through the social ups and down of school, I realize those initial friendships (and adversaries) form who you will become one day. A weaker person is dragged down by what others think when they should be buoyed by pride in themselves. Anybody else need this soapbox now that I'm through? College I went to De Anza Jr. College while working full time so it took me four years just to get my AA degree. Originally I planned on using that degree to go to SJSU and then on to Davis to become a veterinarian. After working for a vet for three years I realized I wasn't tough enough to make it a career. End of schooling story. Workplace I work for a finanacial company as an executive assistant. I love, love, love it! I'm able to pick and choose my projects and come in contact with wonderfully, talented and fun people on a daily basis. I still haven't learned to love stocks and bonds as much as I love my regular job duties but they are slowly growing on me. Eventually I'd like to start my own business but I just haven't found the niche that will work for me yet.
