Scott's Story
I moved away from Aldershot in July 1978 to start a career in television out in Winnipeg and I just celebrated 30 years here. I've worked most jobs behind the scenes as well as on remotes. When doing camera I did alot of CFL & NHL games and went to two Olympics. I'm currently working in the control room as a switcher.
I got married in 1991 to a Winnipeg girl who has two boys. Now we are enjoying being empty-nesters.
I do get back to Burlington at least once a year as I still have friends and cousins there ...Expand for more
but my immediate family is in the Toronto area.
I was involved in organizing a 25 year news letter for the Class of 73/74 so I'm familiar with alot of you and what you have been up to but there was alot that were missing. I also attended Aldershot's 40th party at La Salle Park and I'm looking forward to the 50th.
I would love to hear from anyone that I went to school with be it Aldershot, Maplehurst or Glenview. I'll even go back to when I spent 1.5 years in Don Mills at the Collegiate or Greenlands Public. Scott
