Scott's Story

Attended California Culinary Academy and became a Chef and Pastry Chef I have lived in Paris, Naples, Beverly Hills, Fiji and the US Virgin Islands. the finals in Berlin. Wrote and implemented a production bakery for Bon Appetit. Won back to back gold medals at the Santa Cruz Chowder festival and invented Chocolate stout Cheesecake, I am married to a Spanish Pastry chef for the past twenty six years and am currently doing work for the Navy and Bureau of Indian Affairs.
