Scott's Story
Life
I was at Cole just for my senior year in 82-83. That year I ran Cross Country and track, and was D-company cmdr in ROTC. After leaving Cole, I studied to be a film-maker for a few years and got a couple of Associates degrees at San Antonio College. After after a few jobs as a radio DJ, a bingo caller, and janitor, life took a different direction. sity of Pennsylvania, and one at Harvard Medical School. I am now a neuropsychologist on the faculty at Harvard Medical School doing functional brain imaing research. However, when the World Trade Center was attacked in 2001, I took a leave of absence from Harvard to join the Army and serve as Chief of the Neurocognitive Performance branch at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research in Washington DC. I did sleep deprivation research with Soldiers for 5 years. I recently left active duty in 2007 to return to doing research at Harvard full time again and now live in Cambridge, MA with my wife.
