Scott's Story
Getting ready to celebrate my 40thyear after graduation- pretty scary. Been married to Sandy for 31 of those years. The last 33 years, I have lived in Red Deer.We raised two boys, now 28 and 26. Our older boy is a shop foreman at a local welding shop that won business of the year locally and provincially this year. Younger son is an administrative branch manager for Wesco in Edmonton. nto card making. My hobbies include golf, wine-making, and some wood butchering. I have been a mechanic since the day I graduated, but years of standing on concrete got to my body. 13 years ago, I partnered with a fellow employee and bought Parkland Transmission in Red Deer. I now run the office, and as you can see, I don't bring many people in with my good looks. We have tried to support the community as much as possible. Last year, I was elected as the Western Canadian representative for ATRA, our transmission rebuilders association.
