After graduating from R.I.C. I was accepted as a sales rep with Lever Bros. and moved to Westerly, R.I. A year later I moved to Manchester N.H. with Lever Bros. A couple promotions later I moved to Shrewsbury MA. where I continued my career in sales with Lever Bros. About 9 months later I was promoted to manage a sales team in Detroit, Michigan where I stayed for 6 years. Early 1984 I made a job change and went to work for Coca Cola Foods in Detroit and was later promoted to their Houston office where I worked for another 18 months until I left the company to work for Tambrands, Inc. as a Region Manager in the Southwest still living in Houston. While in Houston I took up scuba diving and became an Advanced Diver and was able to dive quite a few cool locations in Mexico, Hawaii, the Bahama's.
