In 2012 the Pacific-12 Athletic Conference began a totally new broadcast endeavor. Six regional networks, each serving two regional universities, and one national network for the rest of the country. And all owned solely by the PAC-12, the only conference that owns it's own broadcast network. I was hired at it's inception, and it's the most fun I've ever had working. I assist in getting over 900 live sporting events on the air during the year. It can be crazy busy, but then the summer provides a needed time to rest and regroup. Fall football starts again and it's crazy time again. I was directing newscasts at KRON4 San Francisco for a few years, but the stress was telling me I had to get out and try something else.
