Scott's Story
Since graduating from Granada in 1973, I have lived in New Orleans, New York, Washington DC, San Diego, Denver and now Phoenix. I graduated college from CSUN with a degree in Broadcasting and a minor in Business. I have a MBA in Finance.
In 1981 I married Janne (pronounced "Jan") and a year later adopted her daughter Kristen. Janne is a nurse and runs disaster planning and emergency management for a large hospital system based in Phoenix. She is very involved in Homeland Security and the coordination of resources in the event of a crisis.
Kristen is 35 and lives in Prescott, AZ about 90 miles north of Phoenix. No grandkids yet. She is a social worker and is the Dir...Expand for more

In 1982 I founed a staffing company that grew to 17 offices in 6 states. We sold the company in 1992. Since then, I have been a financial planner -first with Morgan Stanley and went independent in 2004.
We love to travel, especially to Italy. In my spare time, I play golf with my clients and friends and am active in several non-profit groups and foundations.
I look forward to hearing from old friends. For those of you who knew my father - he passed away in January 2009. Mom is still going strong and lives in San Francisco. Some of you might remember her as a science teacher at Porter Jr. High.
