After I left Blair in 1971 I dropped out never to return again and left with the courage that was instilled in me by our Music Director James Coday the man who was in the right place at the right time who foraged my future. Ms. Beigay told me I would never amount to be anything in life but she was wrong! I have made my fame and fortune with what (one) teacher gave me. I was very sadden to hear about his passing on October 18, 2008 he will never die from my heart and I was proud to accomplish an B- in his class in 1971. I can fondly remember lunch period in his class room singing mamama's
