Life
Moved up to San Francisco after a post-college trip to Alaska. I built performance sport kites (yes, kites) in SF, then chucked all that & went back to Alaska to work as a kayak guide & outfitter. Two seasons of that and then moved with my mermaid back to Cali. Now, we're living the high pressure (to make enough $ to survive) but laid-back (in most other respects) life. I'm married, no kids but a real mellow husky dog that loves the beach & the redwoods.

I'm very into saltwater kayak fishing, and use a touring kayak to fish the monterey bay and elsewhere.
I'm still driving the same beater bronco I got just out of high school, which is fine with me since I don't want to be concerned about sand on the floor or seaweed on the windshield.
Laura and I managed to get into a smallish home in the mountains, and I am slowly establishing my studio there as well. It's only a 20 minute country drive to my fav beach spot so I'm pretty stoked. Now the trick is to maintain it & make the payments...
