single mother of 2 beautiful young women Jasmine 25 and Jamila 19. And step mom to DeShanna and Damien. I have been a nurse for the past 26 years and I find it both challenging and rewarding at the same time. I love to sing in the choir at church though for the past year I have not been able to due to scheduling conflicts. I love to read romance novels and watch old movies on television. Given the opportunity I get away to Vegas as much as I possibly can. I thoroughly love to cook and entertain. Summertime is my favorite as I can put a bar-b-que together for the family and friends. I am always looking to make new acquaintences. My best friend (more like a sister now) has been my "girl" for over 34 years (GO RITHA!!)and we are still as tight today as we were 34 years ago.".
