Shanda's Story
Hey all! Well, I married my career for 16 years. I went to work for the airlines and spent a lot of my time traveling. I met my husband in 2000 while working. We got in engaged in 2001, married in Oct. 2002, purchased a new home and got pregnant in 2003, Had a our daughter in 2004, got pregnant and had our son in 2005. So I wish I could say the last 2 years have been uneventful....but they have been busy.
I was very fortunate to stay home...Expand for more
for 2 years...and wouldn't change that for the world, but soon learned that was not for me... I went back to work.
I'm working for a company that provides ground handling services to all the major airlines around the country and Canada. I teach Leadership training classes to our management team. As long as it involves airplanes - I'm happy!
We love baseball - too many games to count and we love roller coasters!
