Shane's Story

Life After graduating high school I joined the Navy and served for 13 years. I obtained a certified for laboratory technician and attended that training in Bethesda Maryland. Later was an Independent Duty Corpsman responsible for the health and well being of Navy/Marine Detachment independent of a Physician. While in that role I served on board several ships and duty stations based in Virginia Beach, VA. While in ...Expand for more
the Navy I met Kathi, my wife of 15 years and we have two children together. I am no longer in the service and live in York, PA. I am the Director of Infection Prevention and Control for WellSpan Health. I am active with my children as they play many sports and I coach my daughter’s fast pitch softball team.
