Shannon's Story
I left highschool and moved to Oklahoma with my new husband and he served 3 years in the army there. When we returned home, I attended nursing school at CPCC and am working as a nurse in the ICU at Union Regional in Monroe.
I was married for 18 years and had a wonderful son named Niklas Allan. Allan and I divorced but remain good friends and wonderful parents.
My father, who most knew as the joke guy, died 3 years ago after suffering for many year...Expand for more
s with several strokes. My mother just remarried this year to a wonderful man named Don. She sold the house I grew up in and moved across the county.
My sister is single and helps alot with my son. We both work an awful lot but manage to see each other often. I still stay in contact with my closest high school buddies and would love to hear from those that I have lost touch with.
Wow, that seemed like a short story for 20 years but there it is.
