Shari's Story
Life
I am happily married and still live in the Sumner area. I have two children from a previous marriage. They, too, graduated from SHS.
I have done some travelling to other countries. My favorite is Nicaragua in Central America. I have some family connections in the country.
I stay involve in volunteer work that is dear to my heart. I am the Secretary for the Alliance Against Domestic Violence, a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), and volunteer for Humble Hearts with their work in Nic...Expand for more

I have had a lot of good times and some bad, too. I am well acquainted with Fibromyalgia. Hard to believe I could once run the 440 yd. dash!! I also have survived Cervical Cancer.
I give God the credit for helping me day by day!
School
My senior year was not a good one, since that is when my 19 year old sister, Dianne, died. It really threw me for a loop for a number of years.
I am back on track presently taking more classes through GRCC.
