I was just doing the questions and answers and it asked if I had ever ridden a horse. Have I ever ridden a horse!! A couple of years after graduation, a friend I worked with wanted me to go horse back ridding. I have been gone so long from St. Louis that I can't remember the park we went to but I think it was out 270. Any way, I had never been on a horse but I was game. They put me on the next to last horse and Kathy was behind me. When I could'nt get my foot in the stirrup, that should have warned me to back off. When someone finally thew me up on the horses back, I was so short that both of my feet wouldn't stay in the stirrups at the same time. We started off walking, that wasn't too bad. Then we went into a trot. That is when things started to get out of control. I bounced from one side of that horse to the other. Kathy was laughing her head off. Pretty soon we went into a run.
