Sharon's Story

Life well life has been pretty good so far I have been happily married 23 years this year. My husband retired from the military after 25 1/2yrs we just went from place to place seeing lots of nice places and just enjoying life. We enjoy our time working on the 70 chevelle and crusing. I really miss the people that I went to school with. What little time that I did go there. Merced was a good school I had alot of fun there. And if I had stayed at LeGrand I would probly not have met my Husband and I am not sorry about that. He makes me laugh and we have a fun and happy relationship. I am also happy that we did travel some while he was in the Air Force we went to England right after we married. That was fun it was a great place to see. We went to Upstate New York after England and Terry went to Desert Storm that was not a treat. Then from there we spent 12 long years in Sunny Florida. Hurricane city baby. lways wondering if you would have a home to get back to. Now it's the slow life in Clovis New Mexico. We are enjoying it here. It is slow paced and the weather is great we have the 4 seasons. Florida went from mild to Hot then Hotter. Who could ask for more, No really it was nice just humid and the Hurricanes got old. Well so much for the slow life in Clovis, NM it was nice but we missed home here in Florida. We are back have been here about 3 years now and still love it the sun the surf who could complain. Workplace I really love hate my job. I never thought that I would get into doing the job that I do but its so cool. I am a Title Escrow Assistant. I love the research. No job doing an online class almost done with my Associates. Military Yes and not a smart thing. I tried the military.Big mistake. It did not go well I went into the reserves and that was just not for me. So that's about all I have to say about that. (as Forrest Gump would Say.)
