. Born August 11, 1950 to Ray & Jean (Fisher) Chism. Both parents have past away. I had (1) brother Donald Ray Chism who died several years ago. I graduated from high school in 1968. Married to Neil & Jennifer's who are 38 & 36 respectively, dad Roger in1969. Divorced and married to Ronald Perisho August 1979. Have (1) daughter Jamie. Worked in the medical field for 25 years. Have 3 grandchildren Neil married to Heather have Emma Jean, in December 3 yrs old. Jamie married to Adam have Rylie 9 in October and Atticus who turned 3 in July. Currently live on a golf course in Diamondhead which I enjoy with one small problem..I have Parkinson's Disease which forced me to retire. I do as much as I can and my body will let me.
