Sharon's Story
Sharon is from Seaford, New York. Sharon's schools include General Douglas MacArthur High Schoo, Nassau Community College, Mendocino Community College. Currently living in Northern CA.
I have a daughter now living near the same town in CA along with my Mom, Sister, Brother-in-law and nephew. Yep! The whole gang moved to CA many years ago. I am now more a Californian then a NYer! I've lived in Ukiah for about 25 years now after living many years in San Francisco.
I've worked 15 years at a non-profit as the Administrative Director. We provide foster care, mental health...Expand for more
service, transitional housing and now work at another non-profit that provides adult mental health services to disabled and low income residents. Just another 4 more years and I can retire but according to my financial adviser I will be financially ready to retire about 5 years after I die! Oh well.
Sharon's interests include Kayaking. Music Sharon likes includes Big Band, Jug Band, Blue Grass, Janis Joplin, Bonnie Raitt, Tuba Skinny and Samba Jamba. Movies Sharon likes include Any Marx Bros, Mel Brooks... something that takes my mind off our nightmare of a government.
