Life
Hi All! I hope life has been treating you well! I am having the BEST time! The biggest influence over the past 30 years (geez, do you just shake your head in amazement whenever you think of that?????)in my life has been a toss up...between Hawaii, and my 21 year career at Intel as an Organizational Development Manager. I can't imagine who I would be without having had either one of them in my life. Regardless of the travelling I have done, I still live 5 minutes down the street from Pioneer! And you know...I never run into any of you at the grocery store!!! Another love of mine is massage and healing work - and I have been a working therapist for the past 11 years. Workplace
I guess the greatest thing about my job is the ability to continuously learn and grow. I teach classes quite a bit, facilitate meetings and team development activities, coach employees and managers on various topics, and just have an opportunity to make a difference, almost every day. After 25 years at the same company, it really is like working with family now. I've had an opportunity to do so many different things within the same framework. One thing that Intel has helped me get much better at is Change! It is inevitable.
While there are some days when it's tough to drag myself out of a nice, warm bed, for the most part, I truly love my job, and all of the opportunities it's given me for a great life.
