Life
Hi All:
Sheesh what have I done since graduation???
Well Dorothy Morgan (DN "77") talked me into going with her to Bible school in Montana and I ended up living in Montana for about 5 1/2 yrs...
Talk about a change in climate and I sure missed the ocean and the redwoods!!!
In 1983 I returned to Crescent City and worked until I had an offer from some friends to move with them to Fortuna. I lived there for awhile and worked as a nurses aide again till my job closed down in 1986. At that time I went to look for work in Eureka at which time some Klamath friends needed another roomate (The Ben Iesau bunch...) so I moved in with them and again went to work in another nursing home.
I worked for the same company for about 8 years and in that time met my husband James as he was a bus driver on the route I took to work everyday...
We were married in 1990 in Eureka.

When my first baby was born I became a Stay At Home Mom and now I do work in my children's schools as a volunteer and enjoy it very much.
We have 4 children... Anissa is 14, Cody is 10 Colin is 8, and Rhonda is 8.
Our 10 and 8 years olds are our adopted blessings from our time as foster parents so that is why the last three children are so close in age.
Colin and Rhonda are 4 months apart and both in the same grade.
Colin is special needs and I work closely with his school (public) to make sure all is going well for him and also that he is doing all he needs to do for his studies as well.
We are members in our church and I am a former Sunday school teacher (taught for 10 years). I enjoy not teaching for now and sitting in Sunday school. :o)
We are still in Eureka but hope to retire to another state in about 2 years...
