Sharon's Story
Life
It certainly is hard to decide where to start. I am still married to my high school sweetheart. My last name is Johnson, although on the site I am listed as King. I can't figure out how to find anyone when the women are listed with their married names. My husband and I have now been married 38 years. We have six children, 4 boys and two girls. Three of our children are married. We have 11 grandchildren, 10 girls and one boy. Our oldest grand daughter is 13. oldest sons and their children. It has not been easy to leave the area we both grew up in, but we have learned to love the northwest. I went to college at Chabot and the DVC and got my degree in dental hygiene. I worked for 27 years and loved it. In 2000, when we moved, I retired. My parents finally moved from the Bay Area two years ago ending all ties with the area. That was and still is very hard. My husband is presently selling real estate. Mostly were are enjoying a slower lifestyle with our famil and that is very very nice!
