Sharon's Story

My novel, First They Came for the Cows, is just about to be published. It is the fictionalized account of the grassroots activists fight against the National Animal Identification System (NAIS). It should be of interest to anyone who eats because the government is allowing the takeover of the food supply buy corporate interests and international consortiums. Living the rustic life in Vermont. We have chickens, pigs, turkeys and a horse. ears still the government won't listen to us. I'd like to ask you...what will you do when the government decides it wants to track something you own? I bet you'll wake up then. I've had my horse since she was 2 1/2 months old and now she is 5. Trained her mostly by myself. This was her third summer under saddle. This has been a huge accomplishment, training a horse. It isn't like the cowboy movies. Deer hunting starts soon. Hope to actually get a deer this year. The one person from my past who I'd like to see again is Nancy Philippi, because I'd like to know how life turn out for her. I saw that Roy Martin stopped by here. Hi Roy!
