Sharon's Story
Life
I am working as a Registered Nurse in Heart Surgery at the hospital in Gainesville.
I have 2 wild & crazy boys, Kyle (17) and John III (11) and a beautiful little girl, Meleia (5), a future terror I'm sure... When my oldest child turned 15 I suddenly started feeling slightly old, since I remember sitting in class with many of you that read this and getting into trouble for talking. I think of all of the "things" I did in high school and I cringe. Oh mother, I so understand now.
My husband John & I returned to the Atlanta area in January of 2005 after living in 3 other states. I moved to Detroit in 1994, met a southern boy who took me to Nashville for a year and then on to his hometown in Mtn. Home, Arkansas (pop. 12,000). I worke...Expand for more
d in Marketing at Sam's Club and transferred to Public Relations with Wal-Mart before finishing nursing school. I'm still serving customers, just in a different way now.
I am so glad to be back home in Georgia where I belong. It's so weird to see how everything has grown so much since I left, like Buford. Who knew that those trees & 2 lane highway to Lake Lanier would become the Mall of GA and the busiest stretch of road at any time of day. Talk about traffic.
