Going to Interlake was the best two years of my school life - wonderful campus, awesome teachers and good friends. Proud to be a member of the first graduating class. Slow start to life afterwards, but in time it all came together. Met an amazing fella working at Boeing, we married in '78 and have had one hell of a rollercoaster ride in the 45 years that we have been together. Boeing saw fit to move us from the Pacific Northwest to Wichita, Kansas - a SERIOUS adjustment required. No mountains in view, rolling prairie, tornadoes, constant wind and humidity. But plenty of positives as well - all sorts of ways to entertain ourselves! We have owned/flown gliders around the USA, me for fun, him competitively, sailing in 13' dinghys - so much more challenging than the bigger boats, and a ton of fun.
