Sharon's Story
My husband Craig and I moved full-time to Scottsdale, AZ in December, 2014. We love living here and don't miss the MN winters at all. We made it back to MN twice in 2015--once in the summer and then again for the Christmas holidays. While we enjoy living in the AZ, we miss family back in MN. d, and Brayden, 18 months. Our son Shawn lives in New York City. My sister Sue still lives in Rochester with her husband.
We continue to focus on our health and exercise twice a day, six days a week. Has anyone done P90X? We do the 60+ year old version. We get in a cardio workout with hiking, tennis, or working out on an elliptical machine. We work out so we can enjoy what we eat. Life is good!
