Sharon's Story

The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Barbara Gloor, because she was my best friend..She was a lot like me and we had most of our classes together. My best friend now, would tell you I'm a goofball, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as a good listener. The hardest thing I had to ever live through was the death of my husband. He was my life and my world. He was actually my second husband, but he meant everything to me. It was devastating. My youngest son returned from Iraq, but he went to Walter Reed Medical Center instead of going home. I've never been to a class re-union, as I was never invited. Although I moved to several states, my parents lived in the same house I was raised in, until 1994, so an invitation would have gone there!!! Guess I wasn't invited because I was not in the "popular" group. Actually, I never wanted to be. I am a down to earth person, always was and always will be. The teacher I'd love to see again, actually is split between 3 teachers who meant a lot to me. (1) Mr. Domville, (2) Ms. Valeno and (3) Mr. Egan. For any of my friends out there, I would hope you would remember me as a fun loving, funny, happy, car crazy woman! I was that way in school ...Expand for more
with my "group" and I am that way now. I love life, nature, NASCAR racing, etc. My son was a race car driver until he joined the service. In our yearbook, I was described as "Sweet, Sensible and Sedate" I think I've changed a lot. I became extraverted and don't mind speaking my mind, but I would never intentionally hurt anyone's feelings. The classmates I had the most fun with in school and wish I could get in touch with them are: Barbara Gloor, Nancy Pontano, Theresa Bracerello, Barbara Clark, Flossie Hyndman, "Monk" Louise Fanz, Bob Graumann, Roger Lewis, Joan Denk, Joanne DeFabrities, Linda ????, Charlie Smith, Sheila Coates, Julia Anne Agnesino (DeBlase), Anita Garcia, Nancy Zoog and many more. I always wanted to be a Legal Secretary when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a excellent idea. As it turns out, they were wrong. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Barbara Gloor, because she was the best friend in t he world.. If I won $100 million, I'd give 1/2 of it to children and grandchildren, then spend the rest on finding Barbara Gloor, traveling and The Salvation Army. My best friend would tell you I'm goofball, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as friendly.
