Sharon's Story
Life
City dweller turned southerner (from York, PA to Memphis, TN). Served my country (US Navy - Naval War College - Newport, RI) for 4 years. Have lived in MS, AK and now TN with my significant other and our dog (a Lhasa Apso).
We don't have children; however, he has a beautiful daughter (who graduates from HS this year - 2007)that I love as if she were my own. I am so thankful for her, she is truly special.
I am a member at New Direction Christian Church and appreciate all the Pastors that PREACH like I've never heard before!
I enjoy life and pray I have a lot of blessings to share with ...Expand for more
family, friends, loved ones, and whomever I come in contact with until I take my last breath.
School
I had a crush on my "play" dad (who happened to be in my home room in HS). He was cute, funny and approachable.
The teacher that inspired me the most was Mr. Jeff Stabley, my piano teacher. He was easy going and very encouraging. The teacher that inspired me the least was the lady that taught short-hand. I truly believe that she hated teaching.
As my parents told me (I thought they were crazy at the time), I do wish I could go back to high school, but only if I can have the knowledge I now have.
