Shauna Gardner:  

Life After graduation I went to Snow College for one year. While there I met my husband, Lyndon Gardner of Emery Co. Utah. We married Sept. 8, 1972 in the Salt Lake Temple. We lived in Granger for the next 7 years. We had our four children while living there. They are Jennifer, Valerie, Scott and Amylyn. In 1980 we moved to Orangeville, Utah so my husband could be a coal miner. We are now the grandparents of four boys and three girls. I have kept busy with crocheting, singing, being in community theater productions and my church activity. In October of 2005 my husband got a job in the gold mines of Nevada and so now we are living in Spring Creek, Nevada. We are missing our family but we hope to retire in ten years back in Emery Co. Many of you may have recognized that my parents died in February 2007. It was in the media quite a bit. It has been quite an adjustment since I am so far away from my sisters, but we heard from a lot of friends from high school days and that has helped. I am just a stay at home wife with plenty of time on my hands, so I would like to hear from old friends. I always wanted to be a wife and mother when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right. Usually I rant and rave a little and then sit down to the piano and play "Bolero" or "Battle Hymn".
